今年卑詩省登記的獨立屋數量明顯低於過去五年平均，僅有2,517戶，平均為4,146戶。多戶住宅登記量同樣下跌，僅有19,994戶，低於五年平均的22,347戶。大溫哥華地區佔獨立屋建案的36.6%，而中奧肯那根地區則佔6.2%。奧肯那根各區的新多戶住宅登記數量則相對較少。
