卑詩省8月住宅房屋銷售額較去年同期下跌4.8%，總額達52億加元，仍較過去十年8月平均水平低25.4%。全省平均房價下滑約1%，至924,826加元。銷售量減少5.5%，共售出46,069間住宅。大溫哥華地區平均房價下跌1.3%，至121萬加元，銷售量則下降3.6%。截至目前，全年累計銷售額下跌6.5%，至432.6億加元。
